EVE Online: Tyrannis 1.0.1 deployment is now complete, Tranquility is open for business, and patch notes are available for review. The Tyrannis feedback thread and issues thread should be used to provide any additional feedback or issues discovered with the new patch.
The Great Planetary Land Rush - June 8th
A vast wealth lies undeveloped on the planets beneath you, shaded by your mighty ships. We trust that you and your fellow pilots have been purchasing necessary scientific and planetary management skills and training them in preparation for the June 8th lifting of the ban on capsuleer involvement in planetary affairs. At that time, the various command centers (temperate, gas, etc) will be seeded to the market and the great land rush will commence as opportunistic pilots race to develop the most profitable planets and begin to reap the benefits of the production chains.

NPC sell orders for starbase structures have been temporarily disabled
During downtime on Saturday, May 29, all NPC sell orders for starbase structures, sovereignty structures and station components were temporarily disabled. These orders will be restored temporarily on Wednesday, June 2 until Planetary Interaction is fully operational.
EVE Online: Tyrannis now available from Steam for the Mac
With the release of EVE Online: Tyrannis we are delighted to announce that EVE is now available for the Mac platform via Steam. The announcement on the Steam website includes a direct link to the Tyrannis trailer and client download. The EVE forums already provide a wealth of help and advice with a dedicated forum area for Mac users.
EVE Gate is alive and kicking, just log in to get started
With the launch of EVE Online: Tyrannis a new special website, called EVE Gate, has been created for EVE players. EVE Gate is a new social networking site open to the pilots in EVE Online and is now open for business. Head on over to http://www.evegate.com and get started with managing your contacts, reading your EVE mail, setting up calendar events, and talking with your corporation and contacts all without being logged into the EVE Online client!

EVE Online: Tyrannis will be deployed on Wednesday, May 26. Deployment will start at 02:00 UTC and is expected to be completed at 18:00 UTC. The website, forums and account management will be temporarily unavailable but are expected to be back online at 09:00 UTC.
